A recipe from the Oct. 1987 issue of The Cuisinart Cook

Question

I am looking for a recipe for Cajun Pork Chops that was published in the  Oct. 1987 issue of The Cuisinart Cook.  This was a monthly newsletter published by the Cuisinart Cooking Club.  It's a long shot but I would be grateful if anyone has that issue and could take a photo of the recipe.  Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much for your reply.  I should have mentioned that I found this recipe on a google search but I am hoping to find the original recipe that was published in The Cuisinart Cook newsletter.  Thanks again!
