How long do these cookies keep for, after being iced?

I haven’t made these particular cookies, but all the iced gingerbread cookies I’ve made over the years have held nicely in a tightly lidded container for at least a week. I recommend putting a sheet of parchment between each layer, as sometimes the cookies stick together, embedding crumbs from the top cookie into the icing of the one beneath it. ;o)
