I want to make this as a freezer meal. Is it best to cook completely then freeze or leave it unbaked?

I have done both with this type of Mac n cheese - if you’re serving the whole thing I wouldn’t bake it until you’re ready to serve, but if you’re wanting to portion it in order to grab n go later I’d bake it, portion it and freeze the portions.
