Hi! I wondered if anyone has tried making these with a gluten-free flour.

My preferred GF flour is King Arthur 1:1 blend, so that would be my go-to, depending on the comments/responses I receive. Thanks, all, for any insights you can share!

I use Cup4Cup gluten free flour blend. It, too, works beautifully in all kinds of cookies.

I would not hesitate to use the King Arthur blend in these cookies. I use it frequently, for all kinds of cookies and it works well. I'm sure it would work just fine in these. ;o)
