Should I change a baking time if I’m changing a bakeware pan (material) switching from aluminum to porcelain? Thanks.

What are you baking? How you should adjust would depend on that, one would think. ;o)

Probably. The best thing to do is to check your bake a few minutes before the end of the recommended time. If a tester comes out with moist crumbs, it needs to bake longer. Keep testing every 5 minutes or so till it’s baked through.

I remember baking instructions advising lowering temp by 25F degrees if using glass instead of metal pan, as the glass conveyed heat more efficiently.
Maybe look into whether porcelain, which is similar to glass, requires a similar lower heat.
