Can leftovers be successfully reheated or frozen?

Hi! I wouldn't recommend freezing but you could reheat gently. Leftovers are also really nice cold.

They can, though I have found that freezing and reheating pasta tends to make it mushy. This is such a simple recipe I’d say better to just make what you can eat, or just fridge and gently reheat any leftovers.
