Can I Make ahead?

Can I make the dough ahead and fill and shape the next day? I’d like to know for next week. …….Thank you

Yes, after you make the dough, cover it and put it into the refrigerator. Take it out the next day while you’re making the filling so that it’s closer to room temperature by the time you fill and shape it.

I think you’d be fine to make it the night before and then let it rise overnight in the fridge rather than on the counter. It might actually make for a more complex dough! As always though, if you have time for a test run before the big day, that’s the way to know for sure.
