What is the beet jam swirled into?

I found this in the contributor's Instagram feed, which included a short video. That looks like yogurt to me (in the note, she mentions that the beet jam is good in yogurt) - though I'm sure it would work well with burrata, too!

That said, the yogurt will balance the sweetness of the jam, so that would be my first choice. ;o)
