About the brittle: If kept in an airtight container at room temperature - placed there as soon as the brittle is fully cooled - it should last at least a few days.
About the jam: If kept in an airtight container in a cold part of your fridge (not the door - preferably in the back on the bottom shelf), it should last at least a week. ;o)
