steam oven- worth it? share your stories, what brand, pics?

worth it? trying to decide between a double oven or steam oven over regular convection oven- miele vs thermadore

For me, the deciding factor would be this: how often do you make bread products that are more appetizing with a crispy crust, such as pizza, hard rolls such as Kaiser rolls etc.

That’s what steam injection is best for. If you don’t make bread products like these, I’m not sure I’d bother with the steam feature.
