I whipped my ricotta to liquid -- how can I fix that?

Do you have some cheese cloth? Or, depending on HOW liquidy maybe a fine strainer? Either way try putt It in the cheesecloth over a bowl an let some of the liquid drain away, leaving a more solid cheese behind.

Agree.
But what was the intended use of the ricotta?
If you can't recover enough solids to use as planned, keep both the drained liquid and the available solids and use them for something else - smoothie, soup, casserole, lasagna.
