cracker sub discussion continued

Also wondering about a cracker sub. Wondering what anyone thinks about almond flour (also doing low carb) don't usually like to do pork rinds, but might consider. Ideas? Anyone try anything different yet? Am dying to try these.

Hi Erica, I would sub plain saltine crackers, if you go with almond flour, I would toast it first.
