Amount. of stock? How much chicken stock???

Puree until smooth with chicken stock and cream - lists the cream amount but not the stock....are we to assume just enough to make it "soup like"?

Yes, just add stock to your personal preference in consistency. Even within the confines of my own family, various individuals have their own preferences of how thin or thick they would like it.

Quick and easy to add more stock, more tedious to cook down a thin soup to thicken it so choose wisely.
