Missing ingredients - red what?

I'm sorry to say this, but I'd punt on this particular recipe and look for something better written.

You've pointed out two errors. The ingredients can be deduced from the recipe directions. One is red onions and the other is red tomatoes. Take a guess at which quantity matches which ingredient but adjust to your own personal taste.

However, this recipe is also missing the quantity of ground beef. I stopped there, three sentences into the directions. I don't know if the rest of the recipe is full of errors.

Whether you decide to execute this heavily flawed recipe or go elsewhere for a similar dish is your call.
