Can I leave the cake in the freezer overnight?
Hi! I’ve never frozen a cake before frosting. Is it ok to leave it in the freezer 24 hours? This could allow me to prepare it over two days (which, with a preschooler at home, would make it much more manageable!). And also, how long does it take to come to room temp? I want to make sure it’s ready to eat :-)
