Can you clarify how to roll the dough?
I don’t understand the instructions to roll the dough from the long end and pinch. Should it look like a pizza Swiss cake roll? Or like a giant calzone? Or am I just way off?

I know, I know. Some people *hate* video and photos.
Trust me: watch the video between the 1:45 and 4:45 marks.
Basically you roll it into a long log and cut slices like cinnamon rolls.
