Cardamom pods vs. ground cardamom: If I already have ground cardamom (not pods) how much do I add?

This won't make me popular, but, as a cardamom junkie, i have NEVER encountered a decent cardamom powder. one just has to grind, a la minute, those little brown seeds. best of luck.

I would probably add 1 teaspoon.
