How do I fluff pull whipping cream

It’s too much like fudge what is an already made machine

How do I not bake it while fluff pulling it

And what do I add to these drinks I made I don’t want to use lemon vinegar or oils or alcohol I want it to stay edible botanica and taste even stronger without building a sugar rock jello or sticky sodas
