Substitute haddock for the salmon?

Just cooked salmon last night and I have haddock. Thoughts? Would yogurt work in place of the cream?

Hi, I think haddock would work well here. As for the yogurt, you can blend together equal parts yogurt and whole milk, and use it in place of the same amount of cream. Enjoy the recipe!
