What to do with a bunch of chopped up salmon meat?
I ordered something called "salmon burger" from my grocery delivery, thinking it would be formed into patties. But actually, it's just a bunch of chopped up raw salmon. It's from a really high quality fish place. I don't feel like actually making it into burgers myself. How else might I cook it? Not sure how to handle salmon in this form.
