Navigating the Food52 Website. How to get around here?
I'm new here and find it very hard to locate what I'm looking for. Even took a while for me to find my own public profile to see my collections and friends. How do I find previous Hotline comments and responses I have been involved in? Trying to get a detail that someone left for me and can't get to it. Do I have to copy and paste to a note pad? I also think this site is very slow.....servers might be over burdened. Everything is slow and takes time to populate. only happens here for me, nowhere else I visit. Any suggestions and comments will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

It is absolutely hard to receive any assistance. I have not been able to find any customer support representatives working for this firm.

Totally impossible to get any help. As far as o can see there is no customer service at this company
