Are you sure about the recipe mushroom quantity?

I'm with you, and I hope the author gets back to you. That amount of mushrooms would make a mushroom divan flavored with chicken and chips! It also says 4 cups quartered, so I would also agree it's more likely to be 12 ounces. Perhaps a full pound if you wanted, but not anything close to near 8.
