I like to put mine in a 180°C/350°F oven, without pre-heating, for about 20mins, and then leave to cool (and further defrost the inside) for about 10mins. This will make it more crispy, so be careful when slicing.
I find the best way is to simply let it sit on the counter in its bag or wrapping. After a few hours (depending on its size), it should be fully defrosted.
