Need to use 8 x 4 pan substitute

Hi Alysiamaher, I would fill your pan 3/4 of the way with the batter, then use the remaining batter to fill cupcake molds and bake them alongside the main cake (but for less time). Then you get your cake and a cook's treat, too!
