Can I replace eggs in curd with cornstarch?

Can I replace the eggs with cornstarch? Maybe 1 tbsp?

I'd appreciate any help!

To replace eggs with cornstarch, you'll make a slurry of 2 tablespoons of cornstarch plus 3 tablespoons of water for every egg that needs replacing! You could also sub in tofu or yogurt.
