I dunno, maybe 9-10" in length for a rectangular dish (like the one in the photo). The video shows Amanda with an oval baking dish. This preparation -- due to its nature -- can be prepared in a wide variety of baking dish shapes.
You could even split it into several smaller baking dishes if you wanted to spread it around a room/table for guests to enjoy without having to reach so far.
I would just make the recipe and look at my available dishes for the most appropriate size(s).
One thing to consider: if you pile the dip very thick into a smaller dish, you'll have less crust (which is arguably the best part). I would lean toward a thinner layer in a wide dish to increase the amount of crust. But that's just me...
