I’m cooking a 8lb and a 5lb beef Wellington for Christmas. Can I bake at the same time and how long do I bake them for?

Maybe at the same time, but starting the larger one first. Adding the smaller later.
425f oven , cooked to 125f internal.
Tyler Florence recipe at food network says about 45 min for 3 lb beef (so adjust for weight. Or start checking then)
His recipe also has sauce and side dishes.

PMayer - just an extra note on temperature for desired outcome.
For desired internal temp when removing the cooked beef wellington from the oven: 125F for rare, 135F for medium rare, 150F for medium.
Then let sit about 10 minutes at room temperature (to allow juices to settle and internal temp to rise about 10F) before carving and serving.
(Last, at each desired level of doneness, the end pieces will be more cooked, for those who prefer that.)
