How much lemon juice in ounces or cups?

Can you please quantify the amount of lemon juice? I’m in North Florida where we share California’s Meyer lemon problem. My lemons are far bigger and juicier than what you find in the store, often giving 1/2 cup+ of juice per lemon which I fear would be far too much if I follow this recipe and add the juice of 2 meyers. A quantity in ounces/cups would be so helpful.
