What Temperature for the oven?

The Idaho potato folks say the ideal baking temp is 400F. That's the temp I use, as well. The exact time it takes will depend on your spud, though, so you will need to keep an eye on it. That same temp should work just fine for finishing it off with the filling as well. Hopefully you will hear from the recipe author, but in case you don't then this should help you out some. At the end of the day, it's a baked potato with a fancy filling. You mostly don't want to overbake the shrimp and turn those into dry rubbery pellets.
