What would happen if I replaced flour with breadcrumbs in brownies?
A bit random, but I have a lot of plain breadcrumbs and was wondering if anyone had ideas on what would happen if I used them instead of flour in brownies. I know Italy has a lot of cake recipes that use breadcrumbs, and there are brownie recipes that use almond flour/other less absorbent and glutinous flours, but any hunches/experience would be welcome (as would other ideas for how to use up all these breadcrumbs).

1) Yes breadcrumbs in brownies. There are recipes using them. Have a look and experiment with those to your taste.
2) other use - make dumplings for soup. Can be frozen and used later.
