issue of frangipane separating- not coming together ever?
My frangipane separated and would not come together... its in my fridge now, anyone else have this issue or any suggestions? Everything was at room temp and it would not come together in my stand mixer... Thanks!

I'm guessing it's not in your fridge anymore by now, but for next time: in my experience, heating the batter just a little bit (putting the mixing bowl in a hot water bath or using a blow torch on the outside) helps to make it more homogeneous. But a frangipane will always be a little course, because of the nuts.
