I love Biscoff cookies! Would you just eliminate the lemon to make this a plain cheese cake so you could taste the yummy cust?

@joanne thanks for your question! yes, you can leave out the lemon flavors for a plain cheesecake. I might increase the vanilla a bit to compensate, say up to a tablespoon. Let me know how it turns out!
