How large should the baking dishes be? TIA

Hi Tia; thank you for the question. I used individual size baking or casserole pan. I don’t really know the exact size but it comfortably accommodates 2 eggs. You can make it as one dish rather than individual by doubling the recipe and using a larger pan (would serve 2 people) just measured and when I originally made this recipe I used an all clad oval baking dish that measures 7x5x2 but you can use any small pan.
