Does this have to be made in a bundt pan?

Hi Danielle! Based on another Hotline discussion just like this one, two 9x5 loaf pans would be best (https://food52.com/hotline/15208-purpose-of-a-bundt-just-pretty). You would reduce the time to bake and check on them often until they're done. This is another good resource for converting to different pan sizes. Curious how it comes out!
