making this now in my cuisinart ice-20 model. barrel has been in freezer for eons, but is not freezing/setting up for me.
Tastes good! 1/2d the recipe and only chg was added a sm mango b/c i was slightly short on the 1# of strawberries (which were very ripe). Curious: any thoughts why this is not solidifying? Cuisinart's recipe for sorbet had water in it (and the base was heated). I'll just pop it n the freezer in containers. thanks.
