Is the recipe missing the garlic powder?
Compared to the original Mimi's recipe for Halfsies chicken, the recipe for the pork rub omits the garlic powder. Is it better without the garlic?

Update: The other day, I remembered why the garlic powder was omitted. I left it out at one point when I made Halfsies Chicken (I think I ran out of garlic powder) and found that the final product did not suffer at all. It was still quite yummy. So when I made the ribs, I left it out. Recipe has been updated (again), making the garlic powder optional.
