When could I freeze this before baking for 1/2 at 350 or after?

I have a recipe that has cooked angel hair spaghetti mixed with an egg and 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mozzarella. Topped with 1 Jar spaghetti sauce with 1 lb browned ground beef. Topped with 1 cup mozzarella.

I don’t think this will hold up very well in the freezer. I’d make it fresh. I think the egg and sour cream could change consistency if you freeze it. I guess you could brown the ground meat ahead and freeze that, but my inclination would be to make it and serve it on the same day.
