Question about Flank Steak on Texas Toast with Chimichurri

In the ingredient list in between 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes and 2 TBS olive oil there is only 1/2 cup.......then no ingredient listed. What is the ingredient, 1/2 cup of what?

Hi Fab; thank you for the question. It’s actually 1/2 c +2 tbs of olive oil. I am going to try to fix that on the recipe so it is more clear. I hope you enjoy please let me know!. Suzanne
