Why bother?! That would be a ridiculous thing to do. Just use a chocolate cheesecake recipe (there are a bazillion available online) and the biscoff crust recipe.
Could it be the OP liked the Biscoff crust? Then use that from the lemon cheesecake recipe and one of Gammy’s recommended chocolate cheesecake links for the filling.
