There is no mention of sugar in the ingredient list. How much sugar is supposed to be sprinkled on top?

It doesn’t say, but I’d do no more than a tablespoon, just enough to get a little caramelization on the top (although, honestly, there’s so much going on in this recipe, I think you could leave it out to no I’ll effect).
