There are two types of recipes out there for savoury tiramisu. One is a savoury parfait, often served in individual glasses. These look interesting and good. Another is a baked dish using some kind of bread stick to replace the lady fingers and a tomato sauce to bind the whole. These don’t evoke the taste and texture profile of tiramisu at all. Might as well make a (tried and true) lasagna recipe or a bread pudding with tomato sauce.
I love that. I was thinking along the same lines. Thought maybe somebody might have an idea how to re-create the textures into something savory. Thank you.
Glad to hear it. Here's one example of what looks like a good savory tiramisu - with cheese crisps, cream cheese & Parmesan sun dried tomatoes, https://somedayilllearn.com/savory-tiramisu/
