Make ahead and storage questions

Can I make the cake a day ahead and decorate it the next day? I assume I’m storing at room temperature? Thanks

Yes you can. Once it cools completely, wrap it in plastic wrap, otherwise it will get dry. Based on the recipe, I think that it may even taste better the following day.
