How much corn syrup? It’s not listed in the ingredients

Hi Jodivann! The corn syrup in the instructions is a mistake—it was in the original version and then omitted. I just deleted it, thank you for catching it.

Pending recipe author response, you could use this nut brittle tried-and-true recipe (which also uses corn syrup) for proportions.
Adjust volumes as needed to reflect the quantity of hazelnuts you use.
