Orange zest in hazelnut chocolate pots de crème?
Orange zest is in the directions, but not in the list of ingredients… Is this a mistake?

For the hazelnut brittle:
3 ounces (or a heaping ⅓ cup) hazelnuts, roughly chopped (skin on or off)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 orange, zested
