How far in advance can I make this?
Hi far in advance could I make this and not have to freeze it? On the other hand, would freezing it be ok? Thanks!

Although if you want to enjoy leftovers for longer, I might stick with 2-3 days. It's flour-thickened so should be ok to freeze (cornstarch goes weird when frozen) but I would freeze it without the cream.
