How far in advance can I make this?

Hi far in advance could I make this and not have to freeze it? On the other hand, would freezing it be ok? Thanks!

According to the NYT, you can make gravy up to five days in advance: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1015197-make-ahead-gravy
Although if you want to enjoy leftovers for longer, I might stick with 2-3 days. It's flour-thickened so should be ok to freeze (cornstarch goes weird when frozen) but I would freeze it without the cream.
