Is this creamed spinach baked?

It doesn't sound like it's baked; based on the intro and recipe, I think it's a cold side. It suggests putting it in the dish, covering it with "buttered breadcrumbs" (maybe breadcrumbs toasted in butter?) and then fridging overnight.
