Bread Baking - Question Re focaccia baking sheet size

Question

I am making David Leite’s focaccia with rosemary and olives. https://leitesculinaria.com/315116/recipes-focaccia-olives-rosemary.html
I am wondering if a larger 17x12 baking sheet would be okay. I do not particularly want a thick focaccia.

I think the larger baking pan will work fine - bake a shorter time than specified and go by color and textured to decide whenbthw flatbread is baked.
