How long does it take for INSIDER tier point to get approved after a purchase?

Question

I purchased an item on 11/5, and got it delivered on 11/7. But the tier point still shows up as 'pending'

When it gets approved, I can move to the next tier which will get me 10% off on my next purchase. I have something I would like to purchase, but still waiting for my tier to upgrade.

Do you know how long?
