How long will this Irish cream stay fresh?

Given that it's egg free, I'd treat this like any holiday beverage. Be sure it's in a clean, sterilized, glass container, keep it refrigerated and expect it to be good for 2-3 weeks. This sort of beverage is also good as a milk replacement when making French toast, pancakes or waffles for holiday breakfast/brunch.
