Figure by servings. This recipe serves 2, most 8x8 pans make nine brownies, so multiply recipe by 4.5 (aka 9/2).
Figure by volume. An 8x8 pan has capacity for about 9.6 liquid cups (cubic inches converted to cups). Divide that by the combined volume of the two little pans in the original. Then multiply the recipe with the figure you got.
